Raise a NAS for home use with a budget of up to 10,000

Actually, the question is in the title, the less spending, respectively, the better, preferably ready-made solutions, and if there is experience in using it, then even better. Raise on an old computer is also excluded.

Thank you for your help.

Recently asked the same question. As a result bought Synology 212j under RAID1.
I am very satisfied - the machine out of the box can be an ftp / web / mailbox / ntp / vpn server, downloads torrents, works without problems not only with Windows, but also with Mac. For home needs, there is enough performance (subjectively, of course).
A convenient management interface, so that even remotely you can add a torrent or even view photos from an iPhone (special programs for iOS and Android).

I have two NAS, one self-assembled in a small case on FreeNAS, the second is a ready-made Buffalo Linkstation Live . To be honest, I like self-collection more, because of three things:
- Greater performance over a gigabit network.
- Great functionality out of the box (there is NFS, rsync, ZFS support, there is no Bittorrent client out of the box, but see the next paragraph)
- The ability to expand functionality (although this is not quite easy, you need to understand at least a little bit about nixes).
In short, in terms of taste and color, I'm dissatisfied with the budget ready-made NAS, although I admit that I don't have a very successful model (I didn't choose, I got it by accident).

I understand that "10,000" is in rubles, right? If we are talking about the NAS itself without disk prices, then there is a very good option for the HP Proliant Microserver N40L. You can put FreeNAS on it , and if there is still money left, then add memory.

How many disks should there be?
For what tasks?
It's just that there are many solutions (ready-made solutions) for the home on the market ... all the same d'link, synology, buffalo, netgear.
But if you want 4 or more disks, then most likely you will not meet 10k.
If you want something for yourself, then take a case with the required number of disk slots (Mini-ITX as an option), a motherboard with an integrated processor (E-450, E-350, E-240, etc.), plus as much memory as you need.
Motherboard costs 2-4k, memory 1k, normal case 4-5k.
Why do I offer a motherboard with an integrated processor ... less power consumption and less noise.
And it is desirable to choose a motherboard with the right amount of SATA.

Thanks for the replies.
2tb, 2 disks (at the moment there are two of these: www.citilink.ru/catalog/parts/hdd/hdd_in/692114/ , I was looking for where to adapt), purely for home use (because it has grown;). 10,000 rubles is not including discs, of course, but the less the better, because there is always money to spend.
