RAID recovery?

I have a computer, it has two toshiba in the raid , there was a need to add another broom, without a raid, just in the computer. When adding a new broom, a wire jumped out from one of the Toshiba, the computer was turned on and some files were damaged (they do not open, they seem to be there, but the programs that work with them cannot open). Is it possible to somehow restore these files or set up this RAID on a new one without losing data

I understood what the jamb was, there was no Intel Rapid, he put it all rebuilt and everything started working
