RadPHP XE, in some components (but not in all) small problems with Russian letters?

By default, RadPHP XE is not friendly with Russian, but this is cured by setting UTF-8 at three points:
1) the properties of the page being created;
2) properties of the Tools-Options-Editor Options editor;
3) the default encoding of the Tools-Options-PHP interpreter.
Nevertheless, there are glitches in individual components.
For example, if you throw a PopupMenu on the form and make Russian items there, then everything is type-top, but if you add the usual MainMenu and make Russian items in it, then at the design-time stage an error occurs in unserialize () in some temporary file xxx. php, however, the project itself seems to run normally.
Someone faced similar, how to overcome and whether it is necessary?
PS You need strictly RadPHP XE and nothing else.
