There is an idea to assemble a system where there will be both a windmill and a solar battery that will power the LED. That is, I roughly imagine this:
1. A windmill with a dynamo.
2. Solar battery.
3. A relay that switches the power supply.
4. An LED that lights up depending on the selected source.
