Quiet cooler selection

Processor: intel core i7-3770 LGA 1155 (don't know with or without k), no overclocking (not planned). Mother: ASRock z77 pro 4. I want a new CPU cooler .
The standard cooler, although it does not buzz, is noisy, which is what I got for 2 years. Also, with a load of t cores, it calmly goes to 80`C. I want something very quiet , but so that there is no overheating even at maximum loads. Budget 200-300 UAH (up to 1.5 thousand rubles).
I don’t know much about this myself, I chose the main parameters in the hotline.ua/computer/kulery-i-radiatory/1570-3486-7390/
filter If you need thermal paste or something like that, please write.

I chose for a long time. As a result, I settled on Thermalright True Spirit 140. It is not audible at all. But he has a drawback - he is tall (170mm) and will not fit into any case. Good reviews are confirmed by personal experience.
