Quick links in Yandex search results. There are links to files. How to fix?

Hey!
There is a site with computer programs. Recently, in the search results, the site Quick links to sections have changed to links to exe-files (they are on the page). How to fix it?
I am tormented by a vague doubt: can the search engine perceive links to exe-files as links to regular pages? Am I missing something and not configured on my server?
