Quick link transfer in Chrome

It often happens when you need to move from one computer to another. As always, 20-30 links are open in chrome.
What is a quick way to transfer all links from one chrome to another, preferably in 1-2 clicks?

Through synchronized Chrome accounts - quite. Right click on an open tab - Bookmarks for all tabs. Save to a specific folder. Open chrome on another machine. Provided that the accounts have already been synchronized, right-click on the folder - Open all bookmarks.

You can try to transfer the "Current Session" file from the old computer to the new one. The file is located in XP - C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
in Vista/7 - C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
