Quick development for ios for a beginner?
College student, final year, diploma. In my exorbitant pride, I took the development of a mobile application for ios (web portal client, simple reader) as my thesis work, although I myself gravitate more towards the web, I worked for a year on ror in one company, I understand at least something in it, unlike languages for mobile. I am a bad student, so I started thinking about how to do my diploma only now, 1.5 months before the defense.
Actually, you need to somehow save the situation and quickly write this application, and this raises questions:
1) Is it possible to make this application at all, to an absolutely zero person in this topic, in the allotted time? It is clear that a normal native application cannot be made during this time, but at least a curve-oblique non-native, the main thing is working.
2) If possible, how? What technologies to use?
Thank you all for your replies, the best solution to my problem would probably be using Apache Cordova or PhoneGap.

An intern is sitting at the next table, doing his diploma on Cordove and JQuery Mobile, which he started the day before yesterday, and take it on Monday. Has time.
On YouTube from appleinsider there were cool 12 videos for 1 hour called the show "Teach me xcode" they just make a reader there.
