There is a university website, you need to do something on it, in which it will be possible for any user to ask a question and any other user will be able to answer this question. I do not want to fasten the forum, it somehow smacks of 2002. But such a functional of questions and answers as in Habré - it seems to me ideal.

wpmudev q&a lite is a free lite version of this , in my opinion, wonderful plugin. Maybe the vehicle will be enough and lite-version.
