Hello, I have a few questions about themeforest. HTML template on bootstrap.
1) What about styles? I am using bootstrap elements and have already written styles for them in bootstrap.min.css. I need to completely change the appearance of an element. Where to write styles? In your style.css? If so, why do it? It turns out there will be extra code in bootstrape.min.css.
2) Should bootstrap.min.js be included if I don't use bootstrap scripts (I don't use tabs, menus, accordions, etc.).

Yes, write in your own and connect the basics later.
If we are talking about a purchased theme from themeforest, then the source code and build scripts are always included.

What are you using then? There, even the simplest actions are tied to JS.
