Question to the administration of Habr or Another idea about the "Facebook Killer"

Good, Habr administration and casual reader.

I used Habr, used and used it. The question arose before me: “Why is there no such resource in the field of my favorite sport?”. People roam the forums, boards, looking for information bit by bit.
And all why? Because there are almost no IT specialists in the field who are able to create a centralized information system.

In general, the idea crept into my bright head to do something similar, convenient, informative, but not Habr. I can't stand plagiarism. I sat down to develop architecture, spent about 20 hours on this business during the week. Now almost finished. I sit, look and understand that it is almost impossible to get away from the architecture of Habr in such a matter.

Same posts, reviews, questions, events and companies (divided into clubs and shops). More people. Of course people. It is quite difficult to find specialists in your small town. And here everything should be simple.

I look at what is drawn and see my little Habr. Small, because the specifics of those permanently employed in my field, which I deliberately do not disclose, are rather narrow. About 78,000 requests to wordstat per month. And this is throughout the CIS. And the target audience is no more than 20,000 per month. Pretty scarce.

I also see that it is difficult to get away from the content block and the adjacent information block. It's almost the perfect location.

The whole set gives me mixed feelings about the choice between repeating a significant part of the structure of the Habr interface and my hatred of plagiarism.

Now I have only one question: how much indignation will the Habr administration experience if it soon sees a professional community built on principles that are so well known to the entire IT community in Russia and the CIS?

For this, I leave until I receive an answer. Thank you for your attention…

I don't see any plagiarism in your idea. Maybe you should look towards LiveStreet .

If no one is against it, but you still don’t get rid of the feeling of plagiarism, regular penitential confessions can help, the texts of which can be collected on your own advertising pages or on the “I am promoting” blog. Then those around you will be more and more imbued with your suffering and, over time, will forgive more and more.

So after all, there is already CMS LiveStreet, which is in many ways similar to Habr and nothing, no indignation :)

Already tried kadabra nothing happened.
In general, habr is an exception to the rule, it seems to me that it has no analogue in the world.
So it's not a rolling track.

Everyone says livestreet, but for me it’s better to use instantcms, and the second version of the engine is much more reminiscent of the Habr plus functionality with goodies.
