I would add a "distribution level" in the form of a switch with support for 10G per uplink (a couple of ports, possibly optics) to each floor
. I would connect 3 48-port switches with aggregated channels (their uplinks) to each.
And the ends from 8 floors would come to the core switches via wireless/optical and aggregated channels or 10G
