What to take, uwsgi, fastcgi or wsgi?

Hello!
I'm trying to run cgit under nginx in CentOS 7.1, under Apache everything is simple and easy, but I can't figure it out with nginx - my configs don't work.
At the same time, can someone explain the difference between uwsgi, wsgi, fastcgi(wrapper) and reasonably suggest the best of these solutions for solving my problem?
