Question on vba in word?

There is a word document with a macro (vba) for writing answers at work. After adding to whom, where, date, request number, at the end, when saving, an error occurs run time error "5152".
The document must be saved with a name - date, to whom. But the error does not allow, you have to edit it manually, it's not convenient, tell me what the problem could be, and how to fix it.
My PC is in a domain at work.

Without the source code, it is unlikely that you will be prompted.
But this error most likely indicates that the file name that was formed cannot be written (for example, it contains forbidden characters like "/", ":", etc.
it is very likely that they appeared when adding the date to the file name.

Code or GTFO. And so everything that Sergei wrote above.
Again, it is not clear whether it worked before, if it stopped, then whether there were any changes that coincide in time ... Telepaths are on vacation.
