Question on DRUPAL7, how to restore items in structure->blocks?

The site has a header, implemented through the structure->blocks->
header, today something messed up there, and the site is an online store, 1000 positions are driven in a day, so the rollback does not roll, how can I restore the block from the structure? I've looked all over and can't figure it out. ftp total does not show 1 file with today's changes, except for pictures for products....

restored the block table in the database , block_custom
everything worked
