Question mark character in Safari - what is it?

Good afternoon! Faced such a problem. In Safari of any version, there is a question mark symbol on the element (see picture) - it is not cut, there is no such image in the images of the site, in different versions they are slightly different. BUT - it is always there. This is a floating menu in css, it changes left by :hover, nothing more. Has anyone experienced this? Appears only in Safari.
