Caching flash applications in the browser for a long time

Usually browsers cache Flash applications during the session, but after closing the browser and reopening it, the application is downloaded again.
Is it possible to somehow make the application cached, for example, for a month?

PS Internet traffic is limited, so this question arose. I understand that applications can be updated over time, but this does not bother me much, the main thing is to do caching.

Use a caching proxy. For example HandyCache . You can write a rule in it so that it tightly caches all * .swf files. Such programs are generally very helpful in conditions of limited traffic.
