Question for iOS programmers: is it possible to save content from the Internet to the phone's memory?

Hello.
There is a task - to create an application for iOS, which will be a client for our site with video materials. In fact, a list of videos by category and the ability to view it online.
Is it possible to implement the function of downloading a file from a video for further viewing in the absence of the Internet? Are there any problems with the AppStore Approval (all videos are available for free to view and download on the site)? Maybe someone knows examples of programs that have something similar.
Thank you.

Does Netflix allow you to download a file for viewing later? If yes, then everything is great.
