Question base for a chat game?

The other day I needed a database with short questions and answers to them. But with the ability to pull them out through the API (xml, json).
I found the only solution here: https://quiz-geek.ru/randomquestions , but it does not have an API.
Maybe someone knows such databases?

I found a kalkhoz solution, pulling out from https://baza-otvetov.ru/quiz/ask via POST and a couple of headers. Well .. And parsing the rest will not be a problem.
