Where can I legally watch movies and series?

Is there any database where you can find where to legally watch a certain movie or series? For example, I entered the name of a Chinese movie, and it gives a list of places, for example, streaming services (or where you can buy this movie). It can also additionally display services that are not available in Russia (this is especially true if there were no available services in Russia).
Or is the only option - to make a list of all existing services yourself, and check manually? Or maybe there are some other options?
PS. Russian voice acting is not needed. Russian subtitles are desirable. If not, then English or Japanese. If not, then the subtitles of the original language. If they are not there, well, at least so that without subtitles it will display ... Because it’s quite an option to download from torrents, and then buy it if you like it.

Google (search engine), literally, is trying its best and is doing quite well, if universally.
Moreover, part of the legal rental is available almost immediately for purchase on Google Play.
But a lot of content is NOT LEGALLY AVAILABLE in Russian...
