Question about the tariffs and expediency of Yandex-Checkout on the site?

DISCLAIMER - personal experience
I categorically do not recommend Yandex.Kass.
1. What is the payment aggregator for the USA, Europe and CIS countries?

Yandex.Checkout is a pain. We are working with her on one of the projects.
This is "Yandex" only in the design of the main page, in all other respects it is Sberbank.
The average response time to an email request is 3-4 days. SLA promises a response within 24 hours, but this is a) also hell b) is not fulfilled.
Our issues are dealt with by a personal manager (and no one [email protected]# except for him), who constantly left, then on vacation, the person who replaces him also left, and so on and so forth. Any question drags on for days.
Personal account interface - I want to hang myself.
Test access to the api - only after signing the contract and all the checks (about 2 weeks)
The money is sent regularly, I can’t say anything here ... if there were no errors in the response to their requests.
If the answer is not valid, the magic begins.
2. After 3 months of successful cooperation, the Security Service turned off the acceptance of bank cards for us without warning and explaining the reasons.
Would it be more expedient for qiwi to use qiwi (rather than Yandex-checkout)?
Depends on turnover and development cost. At the start, there is no imho, then - you need to count based on the numbers on the channels.
And if I understand correctly, then it seems to me that the percentages are somehow overestimated, or is this the norm?
You understand correctly. The market interest ranges from ~1% to 5% depending on the payment method and turnover. In general, even starting from 1 million rubles a month, there are no public conditions, you can always bargain (which is why if there is a large dispersion in payment methods, it may be reasonable to drive everything into one aggregator).

Customer confidence is the main "trump card" of Yandex.Checkout.
Convenience of a single point of integration and transparent payments to the RS with a daily report.
For such a trusted aggregator, the interest is acceptable.

I will add that the tariffs depend on the type of activity and turnover of the company. The website lists the base rates.
You can save money on QIWI integration: firstly, Yandex.Checkout has a Cash payment method (3.5%), which includes more than 250,000 cash replenishment points in Russia and the CIS, including QIWI terminals. And users of the QIWI electronic wallet can always pay with a virtual card that comes with it - at the cost (for you) of card acquiring (3.5%).
