Are there any workarounds for withdrawing cash from a qiwi wallet with a small commission (0-4%)? The official way is painfully expensive, especially for small amounts.

- Transfer from qiwi to Sberbank (commission 1.6%), withdraw from a Sberbank card at an ATM.
- Order a plastic QIWI card (150r) and withdraw from an ATM
- Pay for something with qiwi, what you spend money on anyway (I pay for the phone, internet, on aliexpress / ebay / paypal)
