Question about the cloud and access rights?

I came up with the idea of a cloud in a company that customers can communicate with, transfer files, and pick up files. Clients do not see each other, but we see everyone. The company is so ... I rather need a replacement torrent. I often pull large files from a nonresident computer. It will not work to distribute the dropbox - admin rights are everywhere and the person with whom I often exchange heavy files also does not want to upload all my dropbox to themselves.
What about the cloud and user rights?
As a solution for two or three people, take another cloud from Google or Yandex.

Try ownCloud , you can easily deploy your own cloud with it, there are quite a few possibilities, as far as I remember, you can also manage the rights of users and groups. You can read more here .

ownCloud will be most convenient for such small needs, but if your remote friend can connect to you (proxies, nats, you never know). if you don’t have trouble with clients, then I recommend wuala, create your own private group and exchange files.
