Question about requests per second on Parse.com?

The free plan gives 30 requests per second. For how many users of the mobile application (social network) is this tariff calculated? And what happens when the number of requests exceeds this threshold?

When it exceeds there will be an error

com.parse.ParseException: This application performed 1803 requests within the past minute, and exceeded its request limit. Please retry in one minute or raise your request limit.

And for what number of users it is designed, depends on the mobile application itself. Look at how many requests come from one client on average per second, then divide 30 by this number, that's the number of users for you
