Where are files hosted when creating a webapp with Parse?

I don't understand where the files are located if I use Parse as a back-end? At first I thought that there was CloudCode for this, but when I tried to upload several files there, I was refused due to excessive requests per second.
Just tell me, should I keep looking at the Parse documentation to find detailed instructions on how to use CloudCode, or is this part of Parse not designed to store all webApp files?
