Question about RAM?

Tell me who knows and has come across in practice, is it possible to reduce the timings on the G. skill 3200Mhz cl14 (or any other b-die) bars, i.e. these are default, factory (recommended) values, up to, say, cl12 or cl11 purely theoretically, I don’t take it into calculation of the "success" of the chips and the possibility of mat. fees. To be absolutely precise, it’s purely sporting interest to run such sticks with very low timings on the new budget h510 chipset (which now supports memory up to 3200, unlike its predecessor h410, which was limited to 2666 frequency)... yes, I know it sounds creepy, expensive sticks and a cheap motherboard... but I repeat the interest is purely sporting, because 10100f and 10400f will completely pull out the vrm of such a motherboard... I just know from memory with 2666 and default timings they can be significantly lowered by h410...
