Question about networks (in preparation for CCNA), subnetting?

f8bc973b407e4d7cadfe57cfb4cbdb36.png
An administrator is working with the 192.168.4.0 network, which has been subnetted with a 26 mask. Which two addresses can be assigned to host within the same subnet (choose two) ?
Please explain the answer to this question.
As I understand it. There is a network
192.168.4.0/26
Broadcast: 192.168.4.63
HostMin: 192.168.4.1
HostMax: 192.168.4.62
Why IP 192.168.4.61 would not be the correct answer?
And why are 192.168.4.67 and 192.168.4.125 the correct answer if these IPs do not fall into the subnet?
