How to configure routing to a specific site?

There is a virtual machine with Debian 9 on WMware, two network interfaces (nat and bridge) are connected, both have Internet access, and the task is to configure the routing so that the example.org site opens through one network interface, and all others through the second interface .
Could the solution to the problem be related to the metric parameter?
What is the easiest way to complete the task?

Create a separate routing table for this site, in which to specify the default gateway, which is accessible through the "single interface". The rest will go through the "second interface".
