As far as I understand, among mp3 tags there is only one tag related to the musical genre - Genge. But I would like to mark the musical style in addition to it. For example, for the Electronic genre, specify the House or Trance style.

How can this be implemented?

You can, of course, just write House in Genge, but then there will be no separate category for all electronic music.

Based on the description of the ID3v2 tag here , in ID3v2, in particular, you can write:
Content type - An analogue of the "genre" item in ID3 v1
Content group description - This category can be described as a "subgenre"
But it remains a question whether this data will be correctly read from the tag player.

if this is purely for you, then write the genre as Electronic / House . And if you want to split it into 2 tags and have it supported by audio players, then this is generally impossible, as far as I know
