Good afternoon. The following questions have appeared, tell me if anyone knows:
I want to register at https://business.google.com/
1) Can I register as not a company but as an ordinary person?
2) I am not a company and without SP. There is no office address, what can I write there?
3) Is the letter they send free of charge? Will I have to pay postage for it?
4) If the data changes, will it need to be confirmed again after the change?

Go to the service website . Find the " Help
" menu item at the bottom . Click on it. Select the " Contact Us " section , there select " Email ". Write your questions. Click Submit . Expect a response. It's free and virtually painless.
