I tested a site that is connected to cloudflare via the loadimpact service. When testing, the site practically lays down, but very little traffic goes to the server. And if you disable cloudflare, then the site does not go down during the test, and traffic to the server slightly increases. Question: What am I doing wrong? Or is this a feature of Cloudflare?

Most likely, Cloudflare perceives your "testing" as a DDoS attack and rate limit requests. Try to check in parallel with testing access to the site from another network, if access from there is normal, then it is.
