to learn bootstrap should i know js, less/sass ??

The main thing is to know html and css.
Sass (or rather its variant scss) needs to be known if there is a desire to invade the source code and change something in the bootstrap styles by changing variables. By the way, the same can be done by simply redefining the styles in another css file.
Less, apparently, is no longer worth learning, tk. bootstrap 4 has chosen sass (scss) as the main language.
Js needs to know at the level how to connect it to html, everything that is in the bootstrap works out of the box and does not require any knowledge of js.
