Here is a site with good content, but on a very poor template from Bitrix. Is it possible to buy a good template without hemorrhoids and transfer the site to it?

But, IMHO, it's expensive and not unique.

Depends on what you mean by "hemorrhoids" and how the site is made. Most likely, it will not work - you will need to cut the template a lot.
