QTabWidget how to pull the default form on all newly created tabs?

I have a main window. on it QTabWidget.
configured buttons and fields on the first tab.
made a slot for creating a new tab on the click of a button.
How to make all new tabs have the same form as the very first one?

All content is in a separate widget, and it is already inserted into all the necessary tabs.
