QTableView + QAbstractItemModel: how to make selection not deselected on double click?

I write mass editing of the table. That is, select several elements and replace them en masse with one value.
Pressing F2 behaves quite correctly: it displays the editor without knocking down the selection.
A double click is not.
Can you suggest me what to do with this?
