QT: How to open a file in your application when clicking on a file?

In general, the question is quite simple and I think I understood a lot where, but the search did not give me anything (most likely I asked incorrectly).
The application is written for windows on Qt. It is necessary that my application opens when clicking on certain files (for example, when clicking on ***.txt, a notepad opens).
How is this done and how to handle such a case when the application starts.
