Please help me set up qt for normal operation. The screenshots show everything in more detail.

It cannot find the compiler. You need to either install mingw or Visual Studio 2015

Can't find a compiler for this version of Qt, compilers in the next tab, open it, most likely it's empty. For Windows or mingw or VS.
