Qiwi commission when transferring via API, why?
I connected the QIWI API, made a transfer of funds via the API several times, and noticed that a commission of 2% was charged, even if my number is in the same country as the number to which the transfer is being made.
It's not listed on the site, or I can't find it.
Support does not respond, ignoring mail.
What did I miss?
