Python3 gives error no such file or directory?

Help with this error "no such file or directory" tried different versions of python everywhere the same. I have Windows7 x32 Python 3.7.9 installed selenium from the modules, tried different checkers, everyone had one error, I created the logi file in the folder and wrote it into the script, it does not help. this was not the case before. changed in line 27 p=x.split('|') | on : Script https://github.com/fajarid05/fb-ceker

The second screenshot shows that you need to correctly specify the full name of the file (with extension). But the file itself must also contain data in the format

login|password
