Inexpensive cloud API for recognition and synthesis. The quality is excellent, we recently took first place in an international recognition competition. Don't think of it as advertising. There is also an offline option, but there you need to set the movement locally and a license, it's easier through the cloud.
If you need the quality of ASR and TTS, then look at such products, open-source does not get such quality, the development of neurons is not on the knee, alas, it costs money
