Python error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'commander.commander'?

When starting the VK bot, the error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'commander.commander' pops up. It is logical that this module cannot be found, however, I installed the Commanded module (pip install commander) and also imported it in the code itself. Where is the mistake?

Where did this import come from? Why exactly 'commander.commander' and not just 'commander'. I looked at github, the last commit is in 2013, do you really need it?
