Python Django. Running and monitoring processes?

Good day.
I am at the design stage, I wondered - how best to implement and control the launch of new instances (in a separate process) from the web muzzle?
The bottom line is this - there is a user, the user starts from the web interface n the number of bots (with a limit and all that), while he must have access to some data that the bot works with, including stopping / restarting / deleting bots.
So far, only the idea is to create workers in Celery who will be responsible for the administration of bots. Throw frequently used data into Redis, the rest into the database.
