PyCharm moving project to Debian server?

There is a web server (debian) on which sites on Python Django are deployed without any problems. At the same time, I use Nginx Unit - it suits me.
There is also a single computer on Windows, on which a project is being developed in PyCharm and also on Django. The versions of Python and Django are the same on both Windows and Debian.

How can I quickly migrate a project to a production Debian server with minimal effort?
I can commit to GitHub. I can make a Git Clone, but unfortunately this scheme did not work for me... Can I transfer only applications by setting all paths in Settings, and not the entire project directory? Or did I forget something when transferring the project??
