PyCharm How to do automatic word wrapping?

Yes, there is VIew -> Active Editor -> Use Soft Wraps
But in each project file, you have to click this button again. Is there for the entire project or in principle permanently set automatic code transfer. (There are sections of code that should be longer than PEP8)
And one more problem is that even if you did a transfer, there is still some space left and right and can scroll left and right. How to fix it? How do you generally live with PyCharm?
