How to solve block positioning issue in Safari?

Hello. There is a problem: in the Safari browser, the location of the page, when performing certain actions, does not start from the very beginning.
This is how it looks:

What steps are taken to get this problem:

1. Go to the site itself from the Safari browser. When you go directly to the main - everything is fine.
   
2. Go to Works, Mini Book, etc. page.
   
3. Return to the main page by clicking, for example, on the logo.
   

There is an assumption that the Material Photo Gallery library is to blame . But in Google / Issues on Github I did not find data on a similar problem. The problem occurs only in the Safari browser (tested with 3+ devices).
To solve this problem, we tried to scroll to the top of the page using jQuery even after loading - it did not help.
I would be glad to help in solving this problem.
