PyCharm doesn't understand actions?

I'm learning python, I downloaded PyCharm, I'm trying to write in PyCharm, I'm having problems with copying, deleting through Backspace and selection. He does everything wrong, he highlights what is not necessary (the whole line is the place of one word), then he does not want to delete, and so on ... How to fix it? (reinstallation did not help)
In intellij idea, this was not the case, everything was done as it should.

Aim better with the mouse at the word, there are no problems with pycharm at all on several computers
