There is a form with the ability to add a file.
Without a file - the letter is normally sent.

Emails with attachments won't be sent.
After adding the file, the "Cancel" button has a link mysite.com/#.
Click the "Submit" button, no result.

What could be the problem?

maybe there are some other options for forms with the ability to add files.

Try to enable debug in this module (see advanced module settings), maybe you will see some errors when you try to send an email with an attachment, which will help you understand the reasons for what is happening. If you see errors - look for their explanation here .
