PVP on artificial neural networks?

Greetings.
There are some projects where you can write your own code and compete with a friend.
I imagine it this way. We wrote 2 artificial networks, trained them, loaded them into this project, and it feeds data into our neural networks step by step, they think over the next step and respond to it.
Perhaps there are some tanks. Preferably open source. Do you recommend something?
