Putty won't connect to vmware?

There is a vmware workstation with CentOS 6 on board and a computer with Windows 7 on which all this is located.
But through putti it is not possible to get to centos via ssh, there is a static ip 192.168.1.10 but it does not even ping from Windows, telnet also fails to knock (on port 22)

1) but it is better to write these commands somewhere so that
selinuxenabled 0
iptables -F is applied again when centos is loaded
2) in case of starting a suspended
