Putty: access denied when correct password is entered. How to fix?
Hello! Unable to login to ssh. I write root and insert the password, then writes the following "access denied".
Logging in sometimes works with some time, but still, when I manage to log in, they ask me to repeat the password, I copy and paste, after which PUTTY crashes.

Thank you all for the potential issues.
I solved the problem by entering the password manually.
Connect from the console and fix the config, essno. And if the server is someone else's - say so. Thousands of reasons:
- login by root is forbidden (actually I always do this - let the kiddies try to guess the password - they won't get anywhere with the right one ;D )
- login key is required
- login is only possible from a certain IP or IP range
In fact, nowadays it is not customary to log in under the root.
I'm surprised that in principle it allows, maybe it never does, but just at some point you log in under a different user, and then do su?
Yes, whatever. Even so:
if ($uTest === 1 &&
$uTest_2 === 2 &&
$uTest_3 === 3)
Couldn't you write everything in one question? Will you open separate topics for each small issue?
In PHP, it doesn't matter. In other languages - depending on the priority of operations (usually the priority of comparison is higher, but, for example, in Pascal - the same)
